This course focuses on all aspects of horizontal wells. Emphasis is on preplanning on various operational concerns associated with horizontal wells. Completion in homogeneous, heterogeneous, and naturally fractured reservoirs will be covered in detail. Evaluation and economics of horizontal well completion will also be discussed.
